Are you looking for an active and lore-friendly faction with, massive builds, fun events, deep lore, lots of PvP and interactions with other factions? Or are you just after some overall good times, experiences and good company? Look no further than the Dunedain/Rangers of the North, now reunited into the Northern Kingdom of Arnor!
LORE(Canon and Non-Canon, TOR lore): Arnor was founded by Elendil as the Northern sister kingdom of Gondor. At its peak, Arnor extended north into Forodwaith, west into the Blue Mountains and the Gulf of Lune, and south all the way down to the sea. The Northern Kingdom’s greatest landmarks include Tharbad, Lond Daer, Annuminas, and Fornost. It was split into three kingdoms: Cardolan, Rhudaur, and Arthedain, Arnor is ultimately destroyed by the lord of the Nazgul, The Witch King, and the rising threat of Angmar in the north. All that remained were the Rangers, among them the heir to Isildur, Aragorn Elessar, who reunited the kingdoms under one white tree.
After a line of wicked kings, a dormant period, a restoration, and a narrowly avoided civil war, The reunited kingdom is split once again. Half its kingdom, called back to the lands once ruled by its Northern kings and settled by the Dunedain, now moves to recolonize a free and independent kingdom of the North.
ABOUT US:
We are not a custom faction, We are the reunited Rangers. Ask an Admin for a base Arnor title if you decide to join! Progression in the faction can be done by building, PVP, and other deeds, and certain titles or perks WILL be given out to those who contribute, this can be absolutely anything. Faction events will be frequent. This is to keep you Dunedain constantly on your toes and keep you all active, as those who play with me know just how active I am and that I love my fair share of political manipulation, lore, war, drama, building, player hunting, and pvp. Looking for protection? We will also keep you safe and deliver justice to those who attack you. The North Remembers!
We have three subfactions as well: Cardolan, Arthedain, and Rhudaur.
