Meneltarma is west of Umbar (in west Harad), and south of Andrast (in southwest Gondor). It won't appear on the map until you've unlocked it, though.

again with this, you did tpkill as due to the account tiger gave us, you didn't wait 2 minutes, which is the minimum time you have to wait before killing someone, same with Maki if he killed you, as though i'm not sure about how long he waited before tpa'ing Eliaz there, but i get a hint that he didn't wait 2 mins

But you tped to TheMakiPlayz who was in his base and you both killed him. So thats basically tp-killing.

If you tp someone to another player it counts as tp killing. Also tping someone near another player and having them kill him is also tp killing.
