QUESTIONS:
What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
I've never been a staff member on a official Minecraft server before.
I know what to do as helper and meanwhile I know a few things about the tor server.
What do you excel at?
I'm playing mainly the dwarfen factions and atm I am working on my building skills.
Mostly I play with my friends and I love the events :)
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I play the LOTR-mod for quite a few years now. I know much about Tolkiens storys and i love it.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
Before the first expiriences with TOR, I didnt knew much about what you can do with Minecraft mods, they just existed. But then i tried to make my own mod for the first time. Now after much practice I've done much with coding Minecraft stuff.
What is your role in the community, currently?
Im just a dwarf. This dwarf wants to hold a "Dwarfen Ring of Power" until he dies. But atm im not really in a RP. I hope we can rewive Calenfaniel so I can become my old role again.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
I think the last time i got a sirious disagreement with another player was with StaloneRanger. I think I dont need to say much about it but he got banned for a few reasons.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
I think there could be a better Trading system. But im working allready on ideas how it could be better...
I mean when someone wants to trade, he just throw a message in #trade on the Discord. I think it would be funnyer when there would be more activity on the server it self for trading then just:
"oh I need something" or "oh I wanna sell something"

Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
My activity on TOR wasnt that reculary in last time. Becoming a staff member would motivate me to play even more. Everyone who knows me, knows that I love to help other players.
It motivates me that my friends will come back on TOR soon.
