Questions
What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
I do track in real life with a group of friends and am a staff member on a Ice And Fire server.
What do you excel at?
Almost nothing but some of the main things I do when playing tor are building, flexing builds, and back stabbing.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I have basically been playing nothing else ever sense joining tor I have 0 experience with anything under Near Harad.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
Got my average up to a 90 in school but I have a strange feeling that's not what you mean.
What is your role in the community, currently?
I consider myself to be generally a person who tries to make people laugh and enjoy themselves a bit more although I feel like I do more harm than good sometimes  .
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
In my time in Arnor a faction that no longer exists on TOR to my understanding I was a leader of a particularly PVP aggressive sub-faction and this caused members within Arnor to start talking about a civil war to remove me from the faction, one member practically was mentioned to me when their actions led to my removal from leadership in the faction. after leaving Arnor I drifted from a few different factions until joining Angmar where I was told I could continue some friendly activities with Arnor member who were still my friends. After joining Angmar for a time the member who had started the generally anti me conversations within Arnor joined, as you can expect based on my prior actions and the fact that I'm sure you already knew about it I killed him and held his items for a time. after the fact some generally rude words were directed at me by uninvolved parties. I made some minor jokes about it later in a voice chat but over all I feel I did a reasonable enough job handling it.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
I feel that the server is generally based around building I get it PVP tends to lead to toxic speech between players and a ton of the builds on TOR are wonderful! My main issue with TOR is the way PVP is treated. Seasons is great, but there's very little other ways for risk free PVP based on my experience the second people found out that you can take someone's items in /warp Arena and no one will do anything about it people started abusing the lack of clarity around it myself included. My wish is that some place is made public even when seasons is no longer active where people can enjoy friendly PVP without risk! Or at least some clarity that people can sure as hell take your stuff in /warp arena when seasons happens. I also would probably add a channel to the discord where people can share videos and guides based around making gear for PVP so newer players can get to the more enjoyable stuff faster.
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
I know this really isn't much of a reason but after getting home from school today to find no staff online, once more! I started wondering how many other players on TOR were being hard pressed to find a staff member online who could do anything from giving them fly, helping with world edit or even answering a simple question (sorry Mido).
