What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?

i am always ready to help or support people in any way i can.
What do you excel at? i try to be fair and understand other people actions. i want everyone to have a good time and be able to enjoy and relax without any drama. i think its important to be able to remain transparent. i am good at not taking side or making drama. when i talk i do my best to not offend anyone even if i disagree with someones opinion.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod? on a scale to 10 i would say i value my knowledge 6.5/10. there is room for improvement but i am fairly new to the mod and i still learn stuff every day.

What is an example of personal growth you have done recently? In the tor server its the first time i started a huge project and i want to finish it. i have learned a lot about how to details roof, house, path and a lot more. there is still room for improvement but i am working on it. i work on finishing the project that i begin and making them as i imagined them in the begining or even better.
In other words, is there something you weren't so great at before, that you worked on and improved over time?
What is your role in the community, currently? i play daily since i joined and i had the opportunity to meet a lot of great people. when i log in to play, i always try to talk with people and interact with them. If i can help someone with items or in any way i will do it. i want to be apart of the great comunity you have builded over the year. i want to help and give back to the Community. i consider myself as an active member of the comunity who want to help to improve it.
Reflect upon how actively you chat and interact with other players in the community, in addition think about the topics that come up; is it TOR related or on a more personal scale?
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
At the begining when i joined, i had some small disagreement with some evil aligned faction. i didnt took it personal and there were no hard feeling. its only a game and its not that serious. we kept cold head and spoke it out and even became friends.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement? The mod is amazing and the comunity is even better. there arent much to improve in my opinion. i personally wish there was more community event, more active players and more new factions to discover but in general i think there are a lot of awesome thing to discover and do., ( note when i say i wish there was more event i am not saying the moderators are not doing a great job. people are busy and have life i know its a lot of work to make 1 event a month and we really appreciate all what you do for us. we are lucky to have an amazing server. i asked ton of time for fly/WE and more and i always received help, i am grateful for it.)
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
i think most of the helpers are not in the est timezone. i see a lot on during the day but past 8pm est we rarely see any on. i think it would benefit the community a lot to have more active helper during the night/evening of the est timezone. please even if its not me consider any other est time zone person that apply. it would really make the players from the est timezone happy and it would in the long run help with activity.
