I've played mc for about a decade and lotr i don't know maybe the same.

What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
Either in real life or online.
Well in real life i have worked as a sales man so i know how to deal with people. And know i'm chief of a project so show people how to speak to clients etc etc etc.
What do you excel at?
I excel in helping people i think i love to make people grow and also i love to know what things people can teach me aswell.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I am quite familiar with the mod but there is still a lot of room to learn :).
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
Before at work i use to get annoyed when i was doing peoples formations because there were people that are really slow. I didn't realise that at the time it was job to adapt to their speed and their needs. So yeah today i am more patient i would say.
What is your role in the community, currently?
Depends on who i am talking to there are some players that we have nice deep talks that i appreciate and there are others that might not want to that's dependant on the person.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
It's a disagreeement we have separate opinions but as long as it stays polite and in the limits of respect it'sall gucciiii, but in this case I asked the players a question sales man question XD and this player responded negatively and i told him to be respectful and took screen shots just in case.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
I have ideas but i can't get them into words for now :). sorry :D
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
What motivates me to play and to apply to the staff team is the whole community is awesome and i would love to be a part of the staff team. And what better way to support the server and the community if not be a PATREON & STAFF MEMEBER XD.
In hopes my app goes through if it doesn't WAR WILL BE UPON MIDDLE EARTH.
