I think that helpers and moderators should be able to change a persons tags, because the admins aren't as active as helpers and moderators. It is very annoying because I and many other faction leaders have people that need their tags changed and it may take 3 or 4 days to get it done.

Mods used to be able to, we removed it for a reason. A poll won't change that.
