I did read the entire fandom. I guess that's something    What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?  I just pushed myself to really do xp farming now so I have more equipment, and you know how long I sucked at this part    What is your role in the community, currently? I do chat alot I think with topics all over the place, some tor related, some lotr related and some completely different    The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it? I tried to take it humorous, but I don't know when i when the last time was I found myself i a real argument    Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR: that is a good question and I thought realy long about it. I mean there is a reason I love TOR. But I would say that tthere are some periods sometimes where TOR is down quiet alot. These are not often but I think they could be avoided entirely (not the crashes but as I said the periods of time that they come more often. I think the last one was shortly after christmas)    Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team? I continue playing on TOR bc I love this mod and the server has a really nice community (and is one of the only servers out there with the overworld and enchanting what I really like). I feel like just everyone is getting staff rn so I wanted to join aswell. And I do think I play TOR alot and finally wanna ''rank up''. Also I`ll be building alot soon and I don't want to wait for a staff member to log on for /fly. Also Gollum said I'd be a great staff member.

As many of you already know, im going for king of Gondor. But there is a problem: I`ve nearly finished my leadership build (atleast I hope it does not get rejected by staff) but am the only gondorian player who is active.
