What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
I used to spend a lot of time playing CS GO with random people, and there it was pretty much a necessity to take a leadership role in your team, because if you didn't everyone would just do whatever they wanted and there would be no chance of victory, so i tried to coordinate them to go to the same place as the rest of the team, when to throw grenedes to cover us, ect. I was also trying to look out for them, for example whenever i noticed that nobody watches our backs, i was taking that role, and i think i did a decent job at all of this. I also played with a dedicated team, and there i also took a leadership role from time to time, but also thanks to them i learned how to better commiunicate and work with a team.
What do you excel at?
In game i'm definitely excel most in building, and in general im good at staying calm and collected in various situations.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I would say that i'm quite familiar with it. I played a lot of in in singleplayer and with friends on our private server. I also read quite a lot of wiki about this mod.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
Well, i essentialy found what you could call "a way in life". During my last two years of collage i wasn't really sure what to do with myself, so i was searching for something, and at some point i managed to stumble across a 3D graphics course. And now, after i spend some time with it, learning the software etc, i know that it is something for me, and even though i still have a lot to learn, i truly hope that it will truly be "a way in life".
What is your role in the community, currently?
I'm not the most talkative person, but whenever i can i try to help people when they have questions about the server, or the LOTR mod that i know how to answer, craft something for someone, etc.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
I honestly can't remeber if i had any disagreements with players, but whenever i'm in any kind of conflict i'm always trying to stay calm about it and look for a peaceful solution.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
The only real issue for me is that for the majority of the day there are no staff online(with which i hope i will be able to help).
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
The things that motivates me to play and apply are of course the wonderfull people that i have the opportunity to play with here, and the amazing events, with which i would really like to help in any way i can.
