bastfer dis seems a lil authoritarian, why make this at all tho, to me it seems just like a way for u to get a bigger pocket. I think that it would be much better to be more independent and take contact to people when we need to. If this plan goes through i will not join this gathering, not as long as it is a subscription based community. If you build the senate place in my region of forodwaith, expect to pay taxes or be kicked out

fin i dont claim the entire biome as my own, only parts of the western side. the thing that really matters r that the forod players dont want this thing up in our biome.
Also, Rug, you've been working on this custom faction for ages. At this point, you have no legal claim to any parts of Forodwaith.

Y'all are more territorial than dogs pissing on every tree they find in a park.
This Senate is not a faction. It has no claim to any land except the land it is built upon and 1000+ around that land. If y'all can handle sharing 1000^2 blocks of land in the largest biome in Middle Earth then check your mother effing privilege.
You think Gondor likes being neighbors with Mordor? Get over yourselves and let Bast just build his Senate building where he wants. It won't affect you, it won't affect me, it won't affect anyone as it's nothing more than a single build.

If you don't want problems, don't build on Forodwaith, We don't claim the whole of Forodwaith as our own biome, but we will surely not welcome every single player in middle earth to set a foot on our nieghboor OR belonging territories, and for those of you who say "Forodwaith isn't yours" it doesn't matter at all, We are 10/10 allowed to not support the idea because it's again, Nearby/our territory which we don't want surrounded by random players and noobs

bastfer, forod was perfectly balanced before u got involved, me and nord have a nice land deal u know, we just dont want any ppl building on our turf. if u really wanna build in forod, maybe do it on dis island, or just find another place to build like for example mountains of the wind.

To many claim Forodwaith as their own, it is just a frozen wasteland. By me building the senate their, my intent was to bring a little social order to Forodwaith, and to keep those happy for those who believe the south to be corrupt.
Money, is no longer a concern for the south. It has been like this for a few months now. The senate is not meant for me to have a "bigger pocket", but to bring together our innovative thinkers, under one roof. I would not mind moving the senate down south or even into the middle of Middle Earth, but construction has already begun. Gsf4life; future King of Rohan, if you wish to see the senate move to the middle of the map then propose a vote for it in the senate.
