 I am a crew trainer at McDonalds and online I used to help run a outdated server called simple jail (I wasn't staff but I helped out with a lot of stuff)

 What do you excel at?

I excel at stuff, Building, Pvp, and messing around with mods (no coding stuff).

 How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?

 You do not need to be an expert to be accepted!

 I have grown in how I communicate with others and with how I respond to situations. #4ThePeople

I like to communicate with all the players on any sort of scale. However I don't actively seek out conversation.

 The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?

 The last time I found myself in a disagreement with another player I let staff handle the situation and respected there final decision.

 Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?

I think that the rate at which staff responds to players could be improved and also I think staff could do a better job understanding all players #PvpPlayersNeedHelp

 Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
