Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? If so, elaborate:

Ignoring anything prior to May 2020, I have been muted a couple of times and I was banned for 30 days from the end of March to the start of April for block glitching around another player's base. To my knowledge, I have not broken a rule since then.

Do you have previous staff experience? If so, elaborate: As some people may know, I have been running a small PvP server that any ToR player can join for a while now (currently closed because I need the server for something else). While not exactly staff experience in the way of managing a playerbase, it has given me some experience with plugins. From April 2019 to May 2020 I opened up a public LoTR server with two friends, where I did have to manage disputes between players, breaking the rules, handing out kits and lore items, and approving builds. I also did all of the technical plugin setup for this server. We even got a new member of our staff team because we couldn't be awake for the American players. • Why do you want to be a staff member?: I'm going to try to do this without sounding INCREDIBLY generic:

• I've been on the server long enough now to where I think I know what's up, even if you only count my time since I came back just over a year ago. I've had my fair share of disputes with the staff team, but I'm doing my best to put that aside and become a positive force in the community. I want to be able to aid players while they play on the server, to give back something after all the staff team has done for me. My summer holidays just began today, so other than a 2-week break starting on the 16th I will be able to be incredibly active over summer, and I know from experience this is often when the server is at its most active, so I'd love to help out. I also do just honestly miss helping people out where I can, and that becomes so much easier when you are a staff member as you can do much more to help. Obviously, I love the ToR server and community, it's what has kept me around for the past half-decade. I also enjoy learning from others, so I feel like I could better myself as a person by joining the team. I've learned over the last year not to overreact over a block game, especially recently (I even lost a gmith set and didn't throw an insult, progress!) so I do reason that I'd bring a balanced temperament to the team.

• Also sometimes there's no staff online when people want fly / worldedit so I could provide more coverage with my average sleeping pattern and UK location.

• Most importantly of all, I want access to the legendary #stoff-topic
