Reason for appeal: Really only wanted too see this officially posted, after all the fixes and money I spent for y'all. Also curious to see if you come up with something outside of "we thought a guy in a different city would steal your account and talk on this server" in the pre-2017 time-frame.
Nice to see there's still some thriving community.

Thank you for the documentation. As I had said in private conversation, you may have unbanned me, but my IP is banned. I have been trying since December and waiting patiently for MercifulAJ to respond to messages. I was never unbanned, despite being very civil for months. I even renewed the the.lotr.one ip for you all because I thought you all would clean up eventually. Waited another month, and still nothing, so that's when I disabled the redirect (as I'm sure you figured out).
Concerning "our spawn," that was a build my brother and I spent weeks convincing previous admin just to build. You had absolutely nothing to do with it and even deleted the attribution to the real builders.
I am so very disappointed in this staff. Some of you used to be better, or were at least ignorant to actions.

As I informed you after your brother was banned, your account was not. You remained unbanned until about two weeks ago when you made a series of empty legal threats, threatening to shut down TOR if we did not delete our spawn. Since you do not play on TOR, and have not for well over half a year, we have no reason to believe you will be a positive member of the community.
