I have my own company, before that I also had my own Lotr Roleplay Server
What do you excel at?
I excel at being active with the community and im not shy to share my thoughts.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
You do not need to be an expert to be accepted!
I know almost everything about the lotr mod every recipe. except the few I didnt do yet.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
In other words, is there something you weren't so great at before, that you worked on and improved over time?
talking to people, at first I was a very shy person even online and now Im not anymore. im a very open person now.
What is your role in the community, currently?
Reflect upon how actively you chat and interact with other players in the community, in addition think about the topics that come up; is it TOR related or on a more personal scale?
most of the time I roleplay talk to people about my personal lore in TOR. but also sometimes I talk about the weather outside or ask if dinner was good. and if someone new joins I always ask if they need an personal Guide trough their first days and give them free stuff.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
that was a few days ago, but it was like he thought I was new and told me he was afk and if I kill him he was gonna let me banned when I was not even at his base.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
the economy is to highly scaled like you pay 10k for an maxed set elven gear if you are lucky everyone overprices and for new players its almost impossible to scale them up fast enough to the older players.
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
I have an really good experience on TOR this far everyone is kind to each other and everyone is practicly each others friend you can laugh with each other and everyone accept each other. that motivates me to play on TOR.
