Hello Chill, Over half of your appeal is currently used as a justification for yourself to swallow your pride and appeal, while this should have been step one in the first place. It is good to look back at a situation to reflect upon it, but this takes time. It takes even more time to actually learn from ones mistakes and to apply said knowledge in a way to become who you want to become. The Staff team has seen how you have repeatedly broken the same rule without allowing yourself to properly reflect and learn. This has forced us to decline this appeal in favor of giving you more time to properly think things over. To love the TOR community one must adapt to fit within it. Hello Taser, Glad to hear you intend to follow the rules from now on. You have however been here for quite a while already and should be well aware of the rules by now. 'Forgetting to delete waypoints' is not the issue here. They should have never been made in the first place, especially not in these quantities. Furthermore the nature of your ban also involves griefing and building way too close to other builds. Regarding: 'I believe the ban was issued without a clear understanding of the rules regarding waypoints.' Unsure if you are implying if staff does not have knowledge on the rules, or you yourself. We assume you mean the second, but this is by no means a defense for your transgression. Being uninformed of the rules simply means you need to read them. If you have questions or are unsure, simply ask a member of staff to explain the rule/the intentions. Your appeal shows no remorse or reflection upon your actions, but at least it does imply you intend to better inform yourself. Hey William, What happend here? In the past we have had great conversations in which you reflected greatly upon the things that happend. I feel as if that is lacking in this appeal. Recent bad impressions and an appeal that just lacks the reflections required leaves us with no choice but to believe that you haven't changed. Back when we allowed you to play again it was your last chance. However you are free to appeal again if you deem yourself truly ready to show that you have changed. You mention the previous attempts to mend your relationships to Tor in conversations with Mido, but then blatantly steal again, followed by denying it and trying to pull the wool over his eyes. This is not a great look. Whenever someone is allowed to return to Tor is a matter of votes. So you have to convince the team entirely with a great appeal to get that chance. As of right now the only evidence of you having changed is blurred by mixed signals. I personally hope you can show us the reflection you have shown me in the past.
