Date banned: i am not sure, around 10. December

Reason for appeal: Sooo it says im banned from using alts and being a alt and I am NOT a alt so i dont understand why i am banned. I dont even own any alt and even im very confused so if i could talk with staff on discord that would be good because i need help pls
