I got banned unlawfull

Hi hobbit guy,
i forgot youre name so i just call u hobbit guy.. ty as you should mb know i got banned 5mins ago beacause u thought i used xray. You said that youve "checked" my tunnels and because of them you guessed
that i had xray.. but as i already told you 1 second before my ban i didnt have xray... . I cant prove it and im really sorry for that.
So it would be really nice if you could unban me, because cardeh needs my help at moria. If youre still not convinced and dont want to unban me please give all my stuff in the cave and my inventory to Cardeh he was the only true friend i had on the server :) even that ive just known him for 5 minutes

Denied, because this is probably the worst ban appeal I've ever seen. You didn't use the correct ban appeal format, or even bother to read it, and you're still lying about your xray. We don't ban people for no reason. We checked your logs, and discovered the xray. That's quite frankly it. That's how it works. We can see when someone xrays.
If you had owned up to it when you were discovered, you wouldn't have been banned. If you owned up to it here in your appeal, your permban could have been lowered to a tempban, but you're still lying about it.
