One thing, I've had an Fast-Travel point there since before I left (which would be a little under a year ago) so you've built a base near one of my Fast-Travel points, instead of me placing one near your base. Does this mean I have to remove it?

Just let me know if you build anything there, because it still is entirely Easterling territory.
