Mages Guild (Build)

Well... at first I wanted to build a Fight Club for duels to be held, and I still will. Deep down I also wanted a Mages Guild where all magic practicers can meet up, so now I am building a Mages Guild and in the basament we can all have the fight club where duels are held. So here is the deal! I need help building it because I am not the best builder, please post here if you are willing to help or contact me in Game.
