Anyone know how to fix this?

I installed the newest version of the lotr mod so i could get on the server, however now when i open up the game it says "Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation, The Mods and versions listed below could not be found" "Forge : Minimum vesrion required is 10.13.4.1558" "The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information
Does anyone know why this appears and how i could fix it?

i tried installing it into technic but it says i need to "open the launcher" i tried opening it, still says the same thing
How'd you install it?
In order to install it properly, you have to download the forge installer, run the forge installer, and change the directory of the forge installer to your technic modpack.
