well hobbits can only be involved in wars if the mayor of your town joins the war and i hate wars which is why i wish to be a hobbit mayor cuz then i can choose when i get involved in a war instead of somebody else possibly choosing for me.

In all seriousness, though, people threaten about wars all the time. It rarely ever happens, I think there most likely will be some more exciting stuff happening once the rules are updated. stares blankly at bagel
