Bidding

Evatianta, A.K.A Randomness2473, was bidding on an unbreaking three book. Upon winning the bidding with 1000 dollars, he then promptly refused to pay, saying the bid was a 'joke'. I am deeply concerned for his sanity and would like to see action taken against this fake bid

Dear Diagla,
Scamming isn't actually illegal. Tough luck, I suppose. As a rule of thumb, it's good to make sure your trades are with trustworthy people.
