Reporting

So as some people know, i am now a Bounty Hunter. I was given a target the day i opened and i killed them (Tennisdude03). Today i was minding my own business in Barad-Dúr and I see him and Blaze_Sebas outside my gate. Somehow they both teleported inside my base, i assume via an ft and attempted to kill me, without waiting 2 mins. This in itself is 2 offences so far (Tpkilling and an ft inside my base (what is it with people teleporting inside Barad)). Blaze ran off as soon as i hit him back and Tennis decided to the hit me, I managed to kill him and after i warned him he /back'ed 3 times. Here is the evidence:
