Staff Application - OREGENERATOR

Quick thing, the pinned thread mentions Moderator applications, but I'd rather be a Helper, if you'll have me. Moderator seems a wee bit too much for now, but who knows later!

Current Faction: Nothing specific, had my alignment reset not so long ago.
Timezone: CET.
When you started playing: I started a while ago. Think it's been 2 years or something? I fear I can't check. Although it's been a bit on and off for quite a long time. Actively playing again for around a week. And I've done a lot in said week, as my chat logs and building progress can confirm. (Both Vand and Phoenix have seen the latter.)
Time played on the server: 114 hours so far, according to the statistics.
Age: 18.
Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? If so, elaborate: No, I have not. Quite sure I've never been banned on any server for that matter.
Do you have previous staff experience? If so, elaborate: I used to be a helper on many minecraft servers but it's been so long that I cannot name them. They were not modded however. Although I played a good amount on a FTB server (200+ mods) in which I was a helper as well.
If you have had staff experience, what plugins do you have experience working with?: It's been too long to say that I have experience with any plugin. I am a fast learner however and doubt it'll be much of a challenge. (Although I don't think it'll be needed as Helper?)
Why do you want to be a staff member?: I really enjoy helping people. I enjoy guiding them through the game whenever they need guidance and I'm not inexperienced in the mod or in a modded community. I think that the lack of staff presence in European timezones can also easily be shifted by me. And man, I want to be able to fly while building in the mornings, it is proper torture otherwise.

Hey there, me again,
I've read a couple other applications and I noticed that sometimes people mention experiences outside of minecraft, so here I go: I've been in a role of "higher authority" several times in MMOs, either as officer or guild master. The most notable is my own guild, Seen, in a game called Black Desert Online. We had about 60 active members with 3 events a week, with me maintaining most of it. I also am the leader of a discord I created, also by the name of Seen, with 103 members currently. The discord is pretty cool, I remember asking Sir_Crab (on 12/15/2018) if he wanted me to change up the TOR discord as well.
