Cheesey's Application for Helper V2

Now i know i have already made a Staff application previously, but i felt that i needed to fix my mistake of creating a staff application while i was half passed out, so here goes a better one that a long time has been spent on, hope you like the changes and additional effort :)

Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? If so, elaborate: I have Never been banned, and (same as last time) never been warned as far as I can remember.
Do you have previous staff experience? If so, elaborate: I have no previous staff experience, but that is why I am applying for helper, to get said staff experience.
If you have had staff experience, what plugins do you have experience working with?: Though I may have no staff experience, (i know this wont matter for helper, but) I have some knowledge of basic WE commands.
Why do you want to be a staff member?: In all honesty, just to help out. When I first joined back in January I was greeted welcomingly by an organized, caring staff team and they have really shaped my experience on the server. I have been here for a while now, and I want to do the same with other newer players. I've had a great time on TOR and I would love to help in keeping the community going. It could be giving fly when it’s needed, helping solve player issues or disputes, and greeting any and every new member just as I was and being that person they have to talk to. Honestly the community here on TOR is great, and I want to see it continue to grow with me as a part of that process. I feel I could be especially helpful in my activity. Late at night there aren’t many staff and I think I could help change that. All in all this is a great server and if this isn’t accepted, it won’t change anything for me. I hope you at least consider this because I feel I can be beneficial
