What are some examples of my leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
my leadership experiences ive run a server myself a few months ago so i know what im doing and how i can lead people and show what is right and wrong
my teamwork experiences i communicate really good i ask questions when needed i tell my opion when is needed and i just do basicly everything with other people so im quite good at teamwork
What do i excel at?
In game i can help other really well i can tell i have pretty good strategic idea's im a real fighter my building skills can improve but id say its alright tho my smithing skills are i am not a hot head so making me lose my temper u can try your best i am a very calm guy so in a intence situation i wont lose it i will remain calm i am pretty good at making building idea's al though i do not have the best skills for building
How familiar am i with the lord of the rings mod?
Well first of all im a hugeeee fan of the hobbit and lord of the rings so i started playing this mod quite some time now
i forgot some things bc i had to quit for some time tho id say i know 80 or 85% of the game i am pretty known with the mod
What is an example of personal growth i have done recently?

I have spended 2 years of my life as a Weed addict so for 10 weeks i spended my life in Yes We Can a dutch rehab where i got in on 31th of may and got out on 8 or 9th of august thats also where i learned how to communicate quite well and asking questions i am clean now for almost 7 months wich i am proud of.
What is my role in the community currently?
well id say im a really calm and chill dude with people i dont start beef with anyone thats just pointless id say im making a lot of friends i help people where i can and people help me where they can so and i help new players with questions they have im always gonna awnser and i like to check out other people's builds aswell (also for some inspiration) i spent most of my time survivaling doing the regular LOTR stuff mining, building gathering alignments smithing gear, weapons and tools and traveling and also chilling with friends :)
The last time i found myself in a disagreement with another player, how did i approach it?
well i dont really start a disagreement to be honest
but i recently got in a small disagreement over my custom faction name etc and how did i handle that we thought about a middle way for both of us to be happy i kept my cool trying to keep us both happy so i'd say i handled that pretty good
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR: What do i think needs improvement?
well to be honest i've been thinking and for a few weeks ive been really active is that there can be a bit more staff activity on the server i see quite some people asking things and in my opinion staff can also be a little more active ofcourse i know they have life's but thats just my opinion for the rest i think that thats the only thing i've noticed
Lastly, what motivates me to continue playing and to apply for the staff team?
well i have played this server for some time now and i'd have to say the community even tho the player base online isnt that much the people i see almost everyday they are just so sweet, kind and loving it just feels like a gaming home for me and ive played alot of servers on LOTR and this server has to be by far my favorite it has alot of aspects that i like Vanilla enchants a kind community almost nobody is toxic they are always kind (and i do have to say also for fly :'D)
