• What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences: I have worked in many positions where teamwork and/or leadership is key. I currently work in a hotel’s restaurant as chef de partie, with this position comes the responsibility to lead a section of the kitchen and work alongside other chefs. Due to it being the shoulder season, the restaurant I work at is closing for a month, in that time I will gain experience with forming ideas alongside members of a team as we compose a new winter menu. I also have experience with teamwork online through playing games with others in which roles and communication have a strong presence. 

• What do you excel at: I enjoy many aspects of TOR and by extension the LOTR mod, through this enjoyment I have developed skills in building and PvP, these two aspects of the game are commonly divided, therefore, I am excited to offer my opinion as a player who enjoys both.

• How familiar are you with the LOTR mod: Very familiar, I have been playing the LOTR mod for 5-6 years.

• After 3 years of procrastination, I finally took and passed my class 5 (Full License) road test.

• What is your current role in the community: I am active on the server and try to help newer members of the community by providing tips, I am also active in the server's Discord where I often look for opinions on builds, and contribute to the server’s market. I also use my time and experience on the server to provide new concepts and ideas. 

• The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it: A friend of mine was recently trapped, both he and I disagreed with this and the player responsible as the trap’s legality was questionable. We tackled this by communicating with staff to find a legal way to save him from said trap.

• What do you think needs improvement: Overall I believe TOR to be in a good place, however there are a few things i believe could be improved such as, an increase in communication and help from staff on player made events, an increase in community polls; the community and those in it will naturally change over the years I believe semi-regular polls to be a good way to see what players want, staff activity, I have both heard of and experienced a lack of activity from staff, this sometimes leading to a dwindling interest of TOR (people love fly and WE), and lastly attention to the lore item gallery (its often outdated which can and has led to arguments.

• What motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team: I really find myself enjoying the time i spend on TOR, it works as a great way to relax and escape for a bit. I feel indebted to the community and wish to try to help increase everyone’s overall experience of TOR.
