What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?

I have been head of my class for 2 years

What do you excel at?
I'm a very good listener and rarely disagree with anybody in an extreme way (nothing that gets out of hand)
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I am pretty new. To be exact since I started playing the server I know the mod, but I pick things up really fast and I know a variety of things by now
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
The Lotr Mod and I started to go on regular runs and saw some improvement in my endurance
What is your role in the community, currently?
I don't really know everybody but I grew close friends with Mercury200 pretty fast and overall I'm a pretty peacefull player. Recently I started to build a second Dwarven-kingdom in the south of the misty mountains (which I intend to turn into a safe haven for all dwarves.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
Since I only played the past weeks I did not encounter any disagreements and got on well with the people I met
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
I don't know when the last event was organised (except the weekly utumno raid) but I think there could be more "special" events
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
I want to have fun with my friends (LordBragus, Lullewald, Pufferfisch2) and help new players (in the same way I got help/advise)
