What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences: I created rules on a LOTR Minecraft server run by my brother before I played here (PvP, trades, building). I tried to create fair rules which are supposed to balance the game. On TOR, I helped people with questions, building and alignment, mostly new players. I'm also going to create a Mordor leader faction
What do you excel at: I don't take things personally and remain calm in stressful situations. I'm always friendly to other players and try to support them when they ask me for help.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod:
I know a lot about the mechanics of the LOTR Mod and everything about the alignment system, fellowships and things like that. I have been playing the LOTR Mod for two years and played on another server before TOR.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently: I have improved my English, which means that I play more with others and be more social on the server
What is your role in the community, currently: I'm a friendly, very active Orc who knows the community pretty well and helps people with questions and other things. I don't talk much about things other than TOR with most players
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it: The last disagreement I had was with a player on Discord. He thought I was trying to scam him when I wanted to sell him a Lore item. I think he thought this because I told him a high price from an estimation. I didn't take it personally or try to to convince him and accepted that he didn't trust me
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team: I've always loved LOTR, and the server gives me a way to enjoy it together with a great community and even. I especially enjoy building fortresses for Mordor and play on the events. I want to keep playing because there's always something new to build or work towards. I'd like to become a Helper because I want to give something back to the community and I'd like people to be able to message me if they have questions or need fly.
