Staff Application for Helper

Time Played on the server:: 17.18 Days (yes I play a lot)
Age:: 15
Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? If so, elaborate: I have never been banned, however I was warned and muted for an argument that broke out in chat. Stalone being a great moderator shut us up with a 5 and a 10 minute mute. It was a silly and petty little argument and I am embarrassed about it.
Do you have previous staff experience? If so, elaborate: No I have not had previous staff experience however I believe that a role as helper will help me improve many skills and I think it would be a great opportunity for me.
If you have had staff experience, what plugins do you have experience working with?: I haven't had any experience with plugins which is why I believe Helper would be a great position for me, however I am always willing to learn.
Why do you want to be a staff member?:
I want to be a staff member because I have enjoyed myself so much on this server it only feels right to help others enjoy this great server. Also being from Europe and being active will help the server a lot as I often hear people want fly early in the morning for building when all other staff are at sleep. Also as a younger member of the community I think being helper will improve my people skills at the same time. Despite my young age I can display surprising good levels maturity when needed, however I don't see why I still can't have fun still. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I appreciate it. ( :
