Time I played on the sever: 29,51 days (but I reinstalled Minecraft several times if that changes anything)

Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? If so, elaborate:
Yes, I have been banned in February 2019 for mithril exploit. It was a permanent ban and after I wrote the ban appeal it got set to two weeks. Since then I didnt break any of the rules.
Do you have previous staff experience? If so, elaborate:
Not in Minecraft but I used to play an MMORPG where I was co-leader of a guild.
If you have had staff experience, what plugins do you have experience working with?:
I know the basics of world edit, since I use it to build in singleplayer.
Why do you want to be a staff member?:
I have been around for quite a while now and I have had much fun on the server and want to give something back. The staff team really helped me out many times already and I want to give them something back for the support they have given me.
As well as that, I am really looking forward to help designing the future of the server. Doing my part to help the server would give me some satisfaction because I can be a meaningful part of an awesome community which I had much fun with.
Also, I noticed that there aren't many european staff around so maybe I will make a fine addition to your staff collection.
However, even tho I am working on improving my english all the time I sometimes run into communication issues because english is not my native language. Furthermore, I am going to graduate in early 2022 and school is probably going to take up a huge part of my life until then. But since I have to do a part of my final exams on english, I also see this as a good opportunity to improve my english.
