What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences?
Either in real life or online:
Online I'm not often a leader, when I am than when playing with my friends.
IRL however I just take leadership over a school project and get the group out of sticky situations if someone messed up. I prefer being a teammate though.
What do you excel at:
I'm pretty good at history, missing Events and lore of my favorite franchises, meaning I know nearly everything about lotr lore.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod:
I know pretty much but I'm not that familiar with armory.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
In other words, is there something you weren't so great at before, that you worked on and improved over time:
I just gained a huge amount of self confidece recently, I don't know why but it happened.

I'd say that I'm a pretty active talker with topics all over the place.

I love the mod and TOR has a great community that I always look forward to coming back.
Why do I want to join the staff team? There are 2 major reasons: Firstly I'm pretty sick of always having to wait for staff to log on to give me /fly and I finally wanna be a part of the team that keeps TOR running.
