Hello o' wise great and powerful staff team... and Eoot. I have noticed a lack of endstone in market and would like to ask why it is not sold? I understand it doesn't really fit with the server's lore, but this is no reason to deprive us of such a porous and, albeit, slightly cheesy block. So on behalf of the builders of TOR I'm requesting you reconsider whatever reason y'all have for not selling the block at market.
The Horn of Gondor in the LOTR Minecraft mod presents several significant drawbacks, making it less valuable compared to other available options:
Stat Buff Redundancy:
The Horn of Gondor grants Slowness 1 and Strength 1, effects which can easily be obtained through other means. Orc Draught, for example, provides Strength 1 and Speed 1, and is both farmable and easy to produce.
Using Orc Draught alongside the Horn of Gondor does not offer additional benefits, as the Strength effect does not stack. Moreover, the Speed 1 from Orc Draught is counteracted by the Slowness 1 from the Horn, leaving the player with normal movement speed. This renders the Horn's buff redundant and ineffective when combined with commonly available items.
PvP Disadvantages:
In Player vs. Player (PvP) combat, movement speed is crucial for both offense and defense. The Slowness effect from the Horn of Gondor slows the player down, making them…
Almost all other LIs similar to the Horn are outclassed by other items, their uniqueness comes from their versatility. If you don't like it, just use orc draughts
ok so the hate mail part of the title is a bit of a exageration, I know crazy! I would love it if in building events like this staff made a small thread in the discord with pictures of builds, and a way for fellow TOR enjoyers to tell you how absolutly terrible your build is! I am not saying public opion should be used to judge these builds or should infact impact them at all, a discord thread is not the best way of doing that.
