Suggestions

(Before we get into this, Sauron said I could speak of menel here, since I wasn't sure)

With the 'smart' people who xray going to town in menel and sucking it dry, I thought some kind of interval regeneration would be beneficial to a lot of people as most times it is utterly devoid of all resources. I don't really know how complex regenerating an area is, so don't quote me on anything, just thought it would be nice to do.

(Any and all feedback is welcome, I mean, of course it is)
