Emmaitar custom paintings mod.

The official LOTR mod server uses the Emmaitar mod which, if installed, enables the placement of custom paintings. I think that the ability for custom paintings adds a lot to builds and also another avenue for players to express their creativity. I see why 'just copying the official server' would be frowned upon but I still think it is an interesting idea. I wonder what staff would think about this and look forward to your thoughts. since I'm just throwing the idea out there.
