Gliby's Voice Chat [Suggestion]

Most people here probably do not know who I am.
I used to play on this server many years ago and I'm recently getting back into it.
However, while I was gone I have been playing some games (like DayZ) which have an in-game voice chat.
One of my main problems with Minecraft RP/Semi-RP servers is the lack of voice chat, I feel like that adds a lot to the game
I decided to do a quick google search and came across a mod named "Gliby's Voice Chat".
It is a mod for Minecraft 1.7.10.
The mod adds realistic voice chat to Minecraft, the only requirements are the server needs to have the mod installed along with the players. I know it may be a bit much to do, but I feel like it'll turn out great.

I hope the leadership of this server will consider adding this mod since I feel like it would add great value to the server.

We will never install another mod on TOR besides the LOTR mod. It would instantly be the death of the server, as no one new would join and everyone who currently plays would have to install it. It makes it way more complicated to join the server.
We have a server discord anyway, with dedicated voice channels. If you want to VC with people, use that.
