This might not apply to anyone, but I wanted to share an idea for Dale's government suggested by one of the Dale players a while back. Basically, the Kingdom would be split into four provinces. The King would still rule the whole of Dale, but three of the provinces would be 'sub-ruled' by high ranking Dalish players. The names of the provinces are a WIP, but I have an idea of what the ruler titles could be.
The City of Dale and it's surrounding lands, ruled by the King of Dale
Lake-town and it's surrounding lands, ruled by the Master of Lake-town
The Running Ford and it's surrounding lands, ruled by the Lord of the Running Ford
The Redwater Ford and it's surrounding lands, ruled by the Lord of the Redwater Ford
The last two are a bit cheap, but let me know what you think about this idea if you're interested.

Also, those other three rulers would have a seat on the Dalish Council (this is kind of based on Gondorian sub-factions).
