What is the Order of the white Dragon?
The Order of the White Dragon is a group of samurai warriors believed to be descended from the gondorians of the blackroot vale and thus is influenced by their ancestors in blackroot vale.
Where can they be found?
Members of the order can be found in pagodas and other Chinese/Japanese styled buildings all across the White Mountains or White Dragon hence the White Dragon part of their name.
What do their builds look like?
As previously mentioned their builds are Chinese/Japanese styled with cities based off of ancient Chinese/Japanese cities.
What Armor and equipment do they use?
Since they were originally from Blackroot Vale and the White Mountains were relatively uninhabited when they arrived other than the Gondorian tower guards in the beacon towers scattered across the White Mountains they use Blackroot Vale and gondorian armor and equipment not knowing any other style of craft.
Why are they telling you so much about themselves when they never have before?
Because for the first time since they moved to the white mountains they are looking for outsiders to join them and learn in the ways of the order.
If you have any other questions about the order or would like to join just let a member know and they will do their best to help you in any way they can.

Strelok saw this post some days ago, but Strelok forgot to reply. The style's quite cool, and Strelok dwells in some structures quite similar to the ones you show in the pictures. Strelok admits that the structures shown by you are indeed remarkable for its precision and they also look symmetric. Strelok fancies having a nice chat while drinking something warm and doing some hard drugs in a little pagoda Strelok has in Rivendell. May your path lead to warm sands :3
