Angmar is composed of a myriad of groups: Trolls, Wargs, Wights(in lore the Barrow-Wights were servants of Angmar), Sorcerers, Black Numenoreans, their Dark Rangers, Orcs, and the people of Rhudaur. Because of this, the titles of Angmar are similarly diverse. Thanks to this wonderful mod, Wicked Dwarves are now also a critical component of Angmar's livelihood, and our ranks will reflect that.
It is one of my goals as the Witch-King of Angmar that this Fell Kingdom be a welcoming place for all play styles, so among our roles we have PVP focused title trees, building focused trees, and some that are a mix of both. One of the players in Angmar, IGN: OldTomBarzuldil, has recently been working to design a subfaction that is focused on playing the economy, the Corrupted Dwarves. They will, like most dwarves, be more devoted to making armor and weapons, and building their classic mountain strongholds(and getting filthy rich), making this sub-faction perfect for dwarves who want to give evil a try.
I'd like to take a moment to thank all the amazing people that play on this server, especially the ones playing with me in Angmar, that have made having such a varied community possible. It has been a special privilege to play with all of you, and to be the leader of a faction that has such wonderful chemistry. In the interests of making Angmar more open to everybody, I've decided to make this post as an invitation to join Angmar.
All titles and their requirements can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/153I9oRCdQwgyLYMHTM9bnTAAG9Nbe1KMJcWqm1vqyNw/edit?usp=sharing
(this document is not fixed, as I will be continuing to add more tags and possibly be reworking the requirements)
These tag systems aren't meant to be restrictive or, in all cases, challenging, but instead are meant to help guide players as they join the community and to give them goals to work towards with a, hopefully, satisfying reward at the end. Players can hop between tag trees as they will, for any reason or none at all. If the leader of a subfaction is a little too intense, or too laid back, there are always other subfactions, or the main faction to hop into if they want a different leader but want to keep the same faction because of the atmosphere.
About Me: I suppose as the faction leader, you might want to know a bit about me. In terms of LOTR canon, I've read the Silmarillion(and Children of Hurin), the trilogy, and the Hobbit although it has been longer than I would like to admit. I still play Battle For Middle-Earth 2: Rise of the Witch-King, and a close look at the titles of Angmar and the subfactions will reveal that I based the structuring of Angmar on that. My main goal as a faction leader is to make sure my players have fun and keep playing, if that means creating a new subfaction, with a decent lore/BFME2/mod justification, so they can run it with their friends, then I will. I want people to have fun on TOR however they will, and if they're in my faction, then I will help them however I can.
At the end of the day, you should play on TOR in whatever way is the most fun for you, but if you like what you see in Angmar, come give us a try. We have lots of build projects, we are working to further the evil economy, we will be running practice sieges with our ally Dur Udun, and we have either allies or members of our faction on at almost all hours of the day so there'll be somebody to play with at all times.

I have to say your list of titles is very interesting and unique. I don't think I've actually seen somebody do something like this before.
