Hello everyone! You may know that I'm forming the custom Subfaction of Everant(most likely name) with Kiemooz and I need a third person willing to join it. In order to join it and become a member you need to fulfill the following requirements:
You must build your own house on an approved plot.
You must be a Gondorian.
You require approval from Kiemooz and I.
You need +1000 alignment to access most of the village.
If you want to live part-time (like HobbitsAreUs) you need to do the following:

And the rules are simple:
No looting/stealing from players and Everant (only Everant, not the rest of Gondor) npc villages (unless you are a governor which then you can only take hay bales). Punishment: Lose title of governor (if had). If done multiple times then banishment.
If you prove to Kiemooz and I your trust. We may appoint you (if you want) to govern a non-capital village.

no offence, but with all of those rules and fines, I doubt anyone will join you. And most of the rules about the npc's aren't really relevant as if you were in gondor, I doubt you would go ahead and kill other gondor things as it brings your rep down
