Reason for ban: X-Ray

Date banned: 17th February, 2019

Reason for appeal: Hello there TOR staff team! I'm appealing this ban for a number of reasons:

Firstly, I'm more responsible now, due to the fact I've had over a year to reflect on my ban, and grow in general. This means, even if I do believe the rules have been broken in order to kill me, I won't default to just installing an X-Ray mod to make a quick buck in an attempt to get my items back.

Secondly, my whole life no longer revolves around Minecraft. Due to this fact, I'm much less likely to have an extreme reaction to losing my items.

Thirdly, my transgressions against the server never harmed the community as a whole, and instead were for personal gain only. Therefore, I believe I can continue to be a positive member of the community and hopefully do my part to keep the server a good place to be.

Fourth, social distancing has been getting to me and I've been struggling for something to do. I think it'd be nice to be able to go back to a place I've spent so much time, reconnect with everyone, and start anew.

Fifth, honestly, I'd like to apologise for all of the annoyance I've caused the staff team in my less-than-ideal time on the server, but that would definitely change were my ban to be reduced or lifted.

Finally, I've been on multiple LoTR servers since being banned from ToR and honestly, none of them can stack up to the community, history, and style of gameplay. I've also managed to have an exactly 0% rate of X-Raying on any of them.

In conclusion, I believe that my year being banned has changed me enough that I can prove to be much more reasonable, none rule-breaking and overall a better member of the community.
