Using alts for more presents

Reason for ban: Allegedly using alts for more Christmas presents

Okay.. being apart of the Christmas building competition this year it is crucially that I be unbanned at onse as the reason for my ban is first of all not valid and not looked into witch I will get to later. And second of all because I have only today before the Christmas builds will be jugded. Coming back to the reason for my ban which where allegedly using alts to gain more Christmas presents which I can see why its bad in itself to try to gain something for themself, but in this case the claim that the following accounts "Theomag" and "subaia004" are my alts is false Theomag belongs to my sister which at the time had some difficulties with her Mac which she plays on wanted to get presents herself. subaia004 on the other hand is the account of my friend who where at his cabin and he dose not have a pc he could bring with him there. When I was on a call with him I told him about the present you can receive via the server so then he asked me if I could get it for him since I already had his account on my pc. I can see why you think this part is a bit cheaty but I only wanted to be a good friend since he is quite bad at the game rn. the presents where removed when I got it by Stallone you I then tried to explain the situation to instead of listening he instead became rude towards me and at last I gave up trying to explain. Now I can understand why you took the present from Alex account since he was not with me at the time, and I don't know if you have removed it on my sisters or mine account either, but doing all this and then ban that's going to far in my opinion. In the end I hope that you look in to this and in the future incur rage your staff members to listen. We should come to you for help not fear you. Phoenix you're a good guy hope you will understand.
