Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? Not on the server, and not for a long time in any other context.

Do you have previous staff experience? Not on this server, but I have led factions in the past in other servers, I've been in numerous school and college clubs in various positions of responsibility, and often served as a mediator in various disputes. I have been a dungeon master for about 15 years through various campaigns, and learned how to get several people to work out their differences in a satisfactory manner that allows them to continue playing together.

Why do you want to be a staff member?: I thoroughly enjoy helping others and especially to help people build, so I would love the chance to be able to give back to this wonderful community and server in a way that furthers the growth of the server. Many times in recent weeks I had noted a lack of helpers or mods online, and wish to help the overburdened helpers who need to make time for other pressing matters. As a builder and faction-neutral, I find myself in the perfect position to settle disputes between players, where my years of mediation training can shine
