Do you have staff experience? if so elaborate: no previous staff experience.

If you have had staff experience, what plugins do you have experience working with?: i don't have staff experience as said above, but I worked with World Edit for a bit. it is a while back, but with a bit of practice I wont be so rusty anymore ;).

why do you want to be a staff member?:

this is the hardest question, cuzz I find it hard to explain how i feel about it. I have, in the past thought multiple times about applying for staff, but never felt confident enough to actually do it. but for this server it is different, I would probably have applied in a couple of months if I hadn't been told by a staff member that i would probably be good staff member because in his words ''you are dedicated and good for the community'' (active and very friendly ). i still was not completely convinced but talking to two other staff members, mostly one where I have spoken a lot to at this point ;). i just said to myself ''fuck it and just apply''. so now we are here.

So this is the first time I have been on a server where i feel confident, and i would love to give that back to new players who are not that comfortable to help them get started. (although I will do that being staff or not :wink: ) Also some will say i have some very creative ideas, so i might have some unexpected and creative ideas about situations. Besides adding my perspective and experiences to the staff team, I would also like to learn a lot from it. Not only lotr related but also things like social skills and confidence in myself.

ps. I love this server and the people on it and I have so much fun :slight_smile:
