Due to Scar taking over as king of Gondor, we can start to rebuild the system due to it decaying from an inactive king. Therefore, I propose that there should be a council of Gondor to help administrate Gondor. The council is in charge of:
Enforcing king Scar's rules
Protecting Gondorians (players and npcs) from player attacks
Helping king Scar when Scar is offline or busy
Advising Scar and giving him news on Gondorian matters
Bring unity among the sub factions
Settling disputes among Gondorians
The people that should be on the council are:
Leaders of sub factions
The king(obviously)
Leaders of allied factions (allied in game, not in lore)
The one important thing is unless ALL of the council members agree against king Scar's wishes, king Scar's desicsion is final.
Anything on this list can be changed at any time.

Trust me, I won't, i do believe Scar is a lot more powerful than me, and, unlike with me and Thranduil, I respect this King as he has done no wrong to anyone that I have heard of
I remember the cold war you and Thrand had and Thrand had public support due to you insulting people so be careful.

Due to my ban, I can not currently change factions to Gondor, though, I have always wanted to be a leader/captain of something, so i might try and become a leader of one of the open factions when I move to Gondor if that is possible
I'm sure it will be okay if you don't insult Scar.

You are missing the Steward of Gondor and the future unnamed faction that Kiemooz and I are starting. Also the king of Rohan should be on the council.

Sounds good. But I do want to make it clear that unless the King (and I'm sure he will) actually takes into consideration the opinions of his fiefdom leaders, there will be tension. I have no interest in being a part of a Government where the King does not listen to his most trusted advisors. But like I said, I highly doubt that will be an issue. Scar, you seem like a great King, so I think everything will be fine. :D

If the king is oppressive or doesn't listen to the council then if ALL of the council agree on something they can overrule the king. Okay I was thinking the allied faction don't decide on anything they just have an official spot.

Also you may know I live in Meadiant - a nice town where the people live in caves(I'm still figuring out a way to fix this) anyways it is not a rare thing for someone to randomly show up, attack me and then leave.
