Wanting to build onto my fort but lack building skill recruiting workers

hey guys when/if i get back on the server i want to continue building my fort but if anyone has gotten a first glance at it it is sort of sloppy. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me build it I would be willing to help with any tasks that the helper wishes to be done around the server until they are satisfied. I have to get the outline ready first so if u r interested reply and ill send a message to you when im ready.
