On behalf of the Writers Guild I would like to announce our first official writing event!
The First Writing Competition has begun!
Topic: An informative text about the culture of your chosen faction.
Deadline: 19/02/17 ( 02/19/17 for all you weird date folk )
Requirements: Written in a MC Book, handed in to JorCoffeeBeans or ArcticBear29
(The prizes will be ranks within the Guild)
Making your book look nice inside will get you extra credit, have fun and good luck!

@PhoenixFire42 not at all! This gives the chance for people to make a record of themselves on the server, and also helps create a cool community feel. The chance to read a whole load of other peoples books and read stuff from a couple of years ago is also nice to see the server progression. Its not 'homework' its a chance to fill the library with work from many people on the server! Also, the work given to us in competitions is kept, preserved and shared with everyone! We can sell private copies, which help us buy some of the older texts - such as those by 'Forlindon' which are in many private collections. It gives people a chance to record the history of their faction and firmly places them in server history.
