Unexpected visiter

I was on my balcony looking at my magnificent mosque i am building when liams231 showed up; also know as snake. I was not surprise to see him in my city, since i have not finish my walls, but i still ask "How did you get in here", he has no answer, i then ask "what do you want" no answer again so I simply stare at him. He ask me to step out, and come to him, but i give no response also I remain on my balcony. He then begins taunting me with his bow, by shooting at my castle wall but i simply stare while moving further away from the edge of my balcony. At this point i have my troops ready to defend me in my castle walls if it comes down to it, but i would like to say that my troops had no way of attacking him unless he came into my castle walls. Liams231 then aims at me and shoots, i lose halve of my hearts from one shot. This got me to move inside of my castle. I then see that liam decides to kill at least 4 of my units which got me wondering wtf is his problem? I then say i will post this incident on forums on top of my castle.

I am not angry, but irritated, so will say this: i would like justice to be given appropriately, but i will settle for a 3k fine from liam since my armor and units are not cheap. I also have screenshots to prove my testimony, but i do not know how to post them in here. If someone could tell me how i will post them.

I am not sure how to post again on this report so i will edit. To answer your question liam breaks two rules, the first is disrespect, i find him shooting at me; in my base disrespectful, secondly he grief my base, by killing my units. My units are not just meant to guard me, but are for decoration in my castle. I am saying that my units are part of my build to show security, and organization.
