What are some examples of your leadership and/or teamwork experiences? Either in real life or online.
I was a moderator on a Minecraft bedrock edition server for a little while around 2022-23, right now I'm a staff member on a custom event server for another game and help to make maps and moderate/enforce rules during events. I can share more real-life leadership experience if asked.
What do you excel at?
I excel at being an active team member and communicating my thoughts effectively.
How familiar are you with the Lord of the Rings mod?
I am very familiar with the LOTR mod.
What is an example of personal growth you have done recently?
This isnt very recent but I used to be bad at procrastinating, especially with school, but I found the right motivators to allow me to grow past that.
What is your role in the community, currently?
I try and be helpful and chillaxed. I try and answer questions in chat about things like crafting recipes and the mod in general especially if newer players are asking.
The last time you found yourself in a disagreement with another player, how did you approach it?
The last time i can think of that I found myself in a disagreement with another player was almost a year and a half ago. Looking back, I definitely could have handled my part in the conflict better.
Naturally, not everything is perfect on TOR; what do you think needs improvement?
I think that the server's player economy is functionally dead. Getting things to sell like maxed gear or lore items isn't impossible but for most casual players they are impractical to sell because they require so much effort to produce or acquire.
Lastly, what motivates you to continue playing and to apply to the staff team?
The friends I've made over the years on TOR are the biggest motivators for me continuing to play. I would like to join the staff team to help the server and community continue to improve
