Have you ever been banned or warned for breaking a rule? If so, elaborate: I was banned around a year ago for staff disrespect and showing an overall lack of respect towards the community. It remains to be a regret of mine, while also serving as a reminder to do my utmost to treat everyone with a fair amount of respect. I have no excuses and/or reasoning behind this ban it was a sheer lack of self-control and a prime example of impulse, I know this ban hasn't been the only example of toxicity on my part, but I've reached a point where I know for a fact these aren't mistakes I will repeat I have matured and grown...
Do you have previous staff experience? If so, elaborate: Most of my staff experience has not been through Minecraft, but in fact through discord. I've played the role of mod on a few different (short-lived) servers where I learned a lot about online problem solving. I have however learned a fair bit through befriending many staff members here on TOR, I have witnessed staff members remain neutral through conflicts as well as what to look out for as staff. When it comes to plugins I've done a fair bit of building on singleplayer where I developed my skills using WE, I know I am far from being the best but I am fairly confident with my abilities to help players.
Why do you want to be a staff member?: The main reason I wanna become staff is that I would like to offer my best to help develop the community, I believe TOR could become an even more massive community than it currently is, I'm not saying I will make this happen, but I do believe I could aid in doing so. As many know I participate a lot in PVP and there aren't as many staff who participate in PVP as there once was (which is fine), but through my experience with PVP, I've developed quite a few ideas on how to change and better the current TOR PVP system, to hopefully reach a state where it is an active part of TOR while also not being necessary. Recently I've been given the chance to help develop TOR seasons which to me served as a great preview to staffing on TOR, on top of that I gained a taste for coming up and seeing ideas come to fruition.
